Chairman
Mr. Foluso Phillips is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Phillips Consulting Limited, a business and management consulting firm, with offices in Nigeria and representation in South Africa. Phillips Consulting is the leading firm for transformation, technology and outsourcing in Africa, dedicated to devising strategies, enhancing work processes and developing the competence of employees. The firm is the largest indigenous management-consulting firm and has been operating since 1992.
He is known within the industry for driving business results, delivery of exceptional product quality and service, and prudent management of people, technology and processes. He possesses over 40 years of global experience in financial, cost and business management; industrial operations management; human resource management; business process and human capital outsourcing, information technology systems implementation, and business management consulting.
Olayemi Fadahunsi is the Managing Director of Phillips Outsourcing. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN).
He graduated as an Accountant and bagged a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree from Edith Cowan University, Australia.
In addition, he had worked in the public and private sectors, with a cumulative professional experience spanning over 28 years in Finance, Administration, Human Resources, and Training.
He was a pioneer financial controller at Phillips Consulting and later rose through the ranks, becoming an Associate Partner in charge of Practice Management. Subsequently, he became the Managing Director of Phillips Outsourcing Limited. He played a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of both Phillips Consulting and Phillips Outsourcing.
Olayemi is an idea man who generates new ideas and original solutions to propel things forward. His significant strengths include collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, detail orientation, the ability to develop others, efficiency, and emotional control. He is a leader par excellence who has mentored and coached many professionals. He works cooperatively with others to overcome conflict and build towards a common goal.
Felicia Ebhohimen is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with over 20 years’ experience across Corporate Communication, Administration, and Human Resource. She provides leadership and management of a broad scope of HR operations. She develops sustainable workplace capabilities and partners with key executives across the business to engender productivity and desired business outcomes.
Felicia Holds an MBA from the University of Benin, a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Ibadan, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos, a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and a Certificate in Project Management from the Project Management College, UK.
She is professionally affiliated to the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Chartered Institute of Management (NIM), Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Human Resources Providers Association Nigeria (HUCAPAN), and the Association of Outsourcing Providers of Nigeria (AOPN).
She is passionate about human capital development as a strategic tool for achieving organizational success.
In this role, Folaranmi is responsible for the company’s financial functions including budgeting, reporting, taxation, treasury, investments and financial planning.
Prior to his current role, Folaranmi managed finance operations as well as internal control roles in Manufacturing, Trading, Telecom, Information Technology, and Oil & Gas industries.
Folaranmi is a Chartered Accountant (a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Adeleke is an ambitious, goal-oriented individual with a high level of self-motivation, resourcefulness and dedication to achieving positive results. He is a Business Professional with expertise in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain Management (Procurement) and Human Resources Management.
Adeleke has a great passion for delivering solutions within the Energy, Power, Consulting, ICT & FMCG Sectors of the Nigerian economy. With over 25 years of experience under his belt, he has perfected the art of business development and translated his passion into positive results while working with several companies. More so, he has successfully managed several business projects both at home and abroad. He is innovative and has a knack for driving sales and increasing revenue generation.
Adeleke is a Certified Business Leader and an alumnus of The Manchester Business School, UK. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management, UK, and a Member of the Institute of Business Development, Nigeria. In addition, Adeleke has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
At Phillips Outsourcing, he currently serves as the Head of the Business Development Department.
Fiifi Quansah is a dedicated and driven Human Resources and Business Development professional with extensive experience gained over the years (13+) cuts across various organization sizes (small, medium, and large) and industries which includes Oil & Gas, HR Consulting, Hospitality, and Automobile.
With an EMBA, Executive Mastery Certificate in HR, and a Bsc. in Human Resource Management from the Accra Business school, Ghana, he has a proven ability to work with Senior Management Team to integrate Human Resource functions and organizational development.
He is also a Six sigma yellow belt professional and his skills are Business Analytics, Talent acquisition, Communication, Organizational administration, Contract negotiation, business development, and well-networked.
He brings passion to his work and extends the motivation to other staff through his capacity to work in a matrix environment and across various organization levels. His aspirations are geared toward a leadership position that will ensure talent availability, development & retention, and effectiveness in a forward-thinking and dynamic organization.
He is currently functioning as the Country Manager at Phillips Outsourcing Limited, Ghana.
Obiageli Nwanze is the Human Resources Manager for Phillips Outsourcing Limited.
She is a strategic, innovative HR professional enthusiastic about learning, knowledge sharing, and inspiring people.
With her vision to become a renowned leading Hr. Professional she constantly strives to keep up with modern trends for career advancement. By optimizing her acquired skills and expertise, she consistently provides value-added services as a partner to business owners while enhancing human capital toward achieving business goals.
She holds a Masters in Industrial and Personnel Relations (MIPR) from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations (ILR) from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
With over 14 years of work experience in various sectors such as HR Consulting, Telecommunication, Maritime, etc. she has intentionally built her core competencies around Performance Management, Policy design and implementation, Employee Relations, Talent management, and HR. Business Partnering, Compensation and Benefits, Insurance management, HRIS, Learning and Development, Advisory and Consulting, Labour Law, Public Relations, etc. She is an excellent communicator with strong engagement and
